I was looking through my blog archives and saving them as well. I was thinking about my trip to HK alone.

Actually.. I'm very very proud of myself you know? I never ever thought that I would fly over to HK and just shop and explore everywhere alone. Thinking back, all the way from the time I walked into the travel agency and booked a flight to HK for myself by myself. I went back to collect the tickets and receipt etc.

On the day of the flight, I woke up early, and took the bus to the airport. I checked in my luggage and stuff, and got the boarding pass. After that, I waited and explored alone until I boarded the plane. On the plane, off the plane.. It was so fast! Even down to the collection of the luggage and meeting up with the Bus people to take me to my hotel. The checking-in of the hotel too! All these were my first time and I did not do stupid things in the process at all too. Really.. haha..

Come down to the exploring of the Town areas in HK, buying the MTR ticket and taking it by myself. Getting used to the habits like keeping right on the escalators etc. I found my way around the got into the shopping malls and shopping streets. I bought things and spoke in Cantonese even though half the time I was blur!

The real challenge was eating from those small eateries. It was purely cantonese and traditional chinese character which I had lots of trouble reading. Really fun to go there alone! I'm not boasting or anything, but really.. deep in my heart, I'm very proud of myself =).

Some thing happened in camp (23SA) that almost made me miss my Christmas totally! Luckily for me, I did things that made those Regulars angry, and it resulted only in me missing out on my Christmas shopping. What ever please, they are just so full of shit! MSD or whoever reading this, send an Email to MAJ HAROLD please. He's the only one in 23SA that makes sense of this words and can convince me truthfully. The rest just go around in circles and when they cant out-talk me, they use the excuse that I should out-talk them and not that they try to out-talk me. It is just so crappy! I'm totally pissed at how things are there.. Please send an Email to MAJ Harold before I ORD so that i can talk to him about this issue asap. Thank you MSD, afterall, it is not the first time.

Anyway, I just came back from a run. And omg! I realised that i havent run long distance for 4 months. What's the outcome? I was panting and getting out of breath after just a mere 2km+! I couldnt carry on at all la! Haizzz... And my pull-up too! I did 3 and i was gone. My best to date is 11 pull-ups ok! The main reason i discovered is the increase in fatty mass.. =X. In short, I've gained fat! Grrrrrrrrr

Ok.. Xmas eve morning i left camp for home to start preparing for a pot-luck with the usual people at Louis' place. I ended up needing to be in the kitchen from 8am to 2pm! Haha! I did mango pudding, shepherd's pie and a three flavour chicken wings. My shepherd's pie was rather welcomed and the I get feedback that my wings are the best dish of the day! =D!!! Even better than the fried rice Louis' mum cooked. Haha! So people who want to try my wonderful dish, tell me and I'll cook for you =D!
After the gathering, we went to TM to hang around before Jun and Vin, San, Bit, and Loo left one after another for their own programs. Ended up with my, lyn and hung to hang around at Mac to talk. We talked about some stuff, and it gave me more confidence to bring my gf to them. Haha! =X Hui Ping came and those 2 playfully tried to match us. Haha.. The 3 of them left, and luckily, I went back to WS and met Vid for a Xmas meal at Coffee Club. Nice, warm Christmas meal. Nice! And we talked too.. I like talking. Really.. As in really talk stuffs.

Christmas Day and boxing day was with family the whole day cuz I haven't really spent much time with them since my birthday cuz of stupid camp commitments!

And today. Went shopping with Yan Zhu at Queenstown. I spend $154 on 2 slippers and a pair of running shoes. Satisfied consumer today =). On the way, we took a look at the Disney themed cafe at Anchor Point. Apparently, it didnt seem really interesting though.. Quite simple western cafe la.

If you can guess, I haven't done any Christmas shopping yet! There are stuffs I would like to get for myself and for others. Let's talk about things for myself only. Let's see.. At LEAST..
- 1 more berms (they are everywhere but it's NOT EASY to find one with the right length.. most are too long! =X Haha!)
- 2 more tee/polos for casual wear
- 2 more tee/polos for "town" wear
- Jeans (I'm been hunting high and low!)
- One more pair of "going out" shoes bringing my total tally for footwear to 14. Which is a lot for a guy la!
- I feel like I'm into buying apparels and stuff. But I believe that there are other stuffs that I can buy although I dunno what that is. I would like to reach another stage in life for me to look out for stuff to decorate my room with. I haven't reached there yet.. fortunately. Haha..

Today was an off day too. Applied for it cuz I had to complete this CAAS Customer Service course at T2 for my job after I ORDed. I thought it was a lecture and all.. but it turned out to be like some sort of leadership camp..... -_-. We had ice breakers, games, and stuff.. Haha.. It was ok la.. Met 2 of my future colleagues there.

And like I said, it was my Off day, BUT i still had like 6 calls from Camp. Grrrrr... Irritating.. Am i that indispensable? Hmmm =D Haha!

I vv tired today. Only slept like 2.5hours last night. Cuz i was online with Pris until 0330, and I had to wake up at 0600 to get ready and stuff.

Oh, lastly.. 2 more days to looong break, and 7 more days to end of NSF time spent in camp. Happy! =)

omg.. it's my off day today. But people from camp have been calling me since 8! About 5 or 6 calls. Grrrr........

I've been at home these 2 days, but i did not do anything except to stay at home and sleep!! It's like so not me. I din even practise my music stuff. Haizz... One thing's good though. That is my cough and phlegm thingy is almost cured! It has been a whole week like that terrible! Anyway msn, youtube, beanidol, on the phone, sleep. Haizz... boring life! ORD mood..

A maximum of 11 more days in camp. 11 more days! Come the long break from 20th, It'll be 5 more days. That is maximum =) Cant wait!

I'm looking at replugged music and music forest to further my keyboard stuff.. which is better? I was thinking of joining both at the same time to learn more stuff. Cuz there isn't much to do on the keyboard anymore and it's getting boring. Time to learn new stuff...

This wkend I'll be in camp.. And it's the same as last year. I'll have to plan all my stuff for the long 2 weeks break. I hope I can fill everyday..

Pris is not feeling well today! Like omg.. i was quite shaken when she told me that. Hmm.. i called her la.. but despite her illness, she demanded that i call her tmr night to talk. Haha.. That is Pris =)

Anyway, i'm in camp today. Dun ask why.

I was walking along a patch of grass in the morning today. There was a very strong ray on sun on this patch of grass as I walked on it and a thought came up to me. "How long has it been that I attended morning PE lessons in school?" It seems such a long time ago. Cliche as it might sound, Time Flies....

15 more, oh wait.. 14 more. A maximum of 14 more days in camp. Then, I'll be gone..

I want to bring Pris to show the guys, lyn hung etc.. really. =)

It was my 20th Birthday yesterday! But all my celebrations and stuff were done over the weekend la. The sad thing is that i came down with throat infection and stuff on that day, and i had to be in camp!

Fortunately, for dinner, i met up with san bit loo and ray at Astons Prime. San was kbkb-ing about the steaks! He doesnt know how to appreciate them. But i absolutely love the steaks at that place. It's vv high quality steak at reasonable prices! Imagine paying about 40% the price of similar steaks at Mortons. =D

And before dinner, I met Pris again! =) Fetched her from her friend's place at Pasir Ris, which is coincidentally beside my place.. so I'd know the area well. Waited for her at the void deck for some time before she came down while i was pacing around. We went to AMK as usual, den hung around Hub this time cuz of the rain. Otherwise I'd park at Courts side. Anyway, enjoyed the company lots! =) And am i not observant enough or wad? Cuz i dun notice things around me and she had to keep on pulling me from kids, cars, trolleys etc! =X Sent her back home after that. Den we talked for 3hrs throughout the night! =)

I am emo-ing now. I don't know why.. guess it's just another time of the month. Or maybe I caught the disease from Pris, whose past time is emo-ing. =X

Surprisingly, the background music of my blog is still around after so many months. I did not change it since forever, and neither have I logged into the music hosting site. Hmm...

Emo-ing is a weird feeling. Let me try to describe it.. It feels lonely, sad, depressed, hopeless.. all together. It just happens.. and when it comes, it comes. I guess the background music plays a part.

Anyway, 9 more weeks and I'll be free. Or rather, 2.5 weeks of confinement in camp (I'll miss Pris.. really.. haizzz), 2 weeks of leave/off, 1 week of exercise, 1 week of leave/off, 3 weeks in NZ, 0.5week off, ORD. Sounds really fast eh.. It is.. I cant wait.

I don't know how many people are reading this now.. I hope not many though.

I think I really need to talk to Pris about us. We came together too quickly i feel. Of course since i gt us into this, I would put in my all to maintain it and make it better. Many things that happened between us were like fate/pre-destined. We met about 7months ago for the first time. Next year, we'll be in total different environments! That is my main concern of sustaining the whole thing. I want it to last!!! This is why i need to talk to her..

Celebrated my birthday with those best friends last night. I treated them to dinner at CafeBiz@TradersHotel. After that, PartyWorld again. Haha!

Today, dinner with my mum's side at Hua Ting Restaurant. Good food, good service. Excellent price of $1037 for 10 person. After discount, $871. That's some expensive dinner! Haha!

Hmm.. I'm feeling better now! I always do after I blog.

I'll be in camp for 2.5 weeks until the 20th from tmr onwards. I dread it.... Haizzz... But the thing i regret the most is not being able to spend time with Pris. Cuz Dec's the only time she's vv free. Come Jan.. school would start. When we were walking at J8 on Fri, I wanted the moment to last! And from the moment we stepped out of Swensens until the carpark, i squeezed my hand tighter and din want to let go. But.. yea.. =(. Alright... shall emo again by myself...
