Hello.. welcome to 2008. This is a new year and I'm looking forward for this year. Many things will happen u know? Haha!
Before we go into 2008, let's stay awhile at 2007 first. Bit Jun Loo Vin Vid and myself had Yuki Yaki for dinner on New Year Eve. Nice meet up.. Although we have been doing that so regularly now. Haha.. After dinner, those 2 went to church and the 4 of us caught National Treasure at TM. I think NT1 was better as it had more mysteries and puzzles in it.
Come 2008. Am I able to leave 2007 aside and move straight on to 2008 now? I dunno.. I guess since there's hesitation, it means i still have some lingering thoughts in 2007. Thinking through the year, it has been a rather short but enriching year for me. In army, I completed ATEC with 1GDS, as well as being my CO's PA for a whole year. Office politics in army? Weird, but true, and I'm quite a bastard in army i know. But like I said before, if you just do everything the way it is supposed to be, no one will say "I'm impressed with you" but just take it for granted. That's what most people are doing, but for myself, I talk a lot and.. well.. It's fighting for my own welfare.
There's my vocal classes too.. and me completed my keyboard course at Hark. I made it through the auditions for Hark Student Band, but because of my NZ trip, I'm unable to commit and so, they put me on hold. Haizz.. I so want to start performing on the keyboard you know?
It's 3day.. Maybe 3.5days more in camp.. Time would pass by very quickly, and I cant wait. I do not want to meet those people who do not make sense of their words, and try to smoke me in camp anymore. Perhaps the only ppl I would want to meet again would be my chief clerk, CO, S4 and the C BC 2IC. The rest like S1 S3 can just go away.
The more I write, the angrier I become. Ahhhh! Just forget it. Anyway, KL/Genting trip with Vin Vid and Jun. JB trip with TY. HK trip alone. I've been traveling quite a bit this year too. Plus, I started making online friends this year and meeting them. Of course, they're all girls as a guy msging a guy would be like weird. Pris is great. Peiyi is good too. =D I guess these are the only 2 who I would be keeping in contact.
I started food hunting with TY too. We've tried like so many things. The joy of good food is irresistible. My friends say I'm on a diet etc.. Not really. I just not waste calories on yuckky food like KFC.. Haha! But now, I really need to go on a diet. =X
I guess that's all for 2007. The bulk of things in camp, and I'm happy that I did not waste this year doing nothing and took up my keyboard and vocal stuff.
Come 2008. New Year Resolutions? I dun really have them... yet. Perhaps to take up another keyboard course and gain performance exposure, earn more money, and travel to HK, Jap and Melbourne again. And also, hope Pris gains confidence asap! All these.. before schools starts in Aug. When Uni starts, it's a new phase in my life. At this point now, I dun feel really prepared to go to school yet. The starting to study all over again, and to meet friends right from the start. Something which I have not done for about 2 years.
How fast would time fly this year? It is Jan now. 2 weeks time I'll be NZ, and when I return, it's CNY. Tell me.. how fast would it fly? I suddenly realize that Time i really short for me this year. From Feb to July. 5 months.. My remaining 5 months before school starts.. Hmm.. I dun think I'm making much sense on my words. I'm just having so much on my mind now. I think I should end here, and start emo-ing by myself.
I've sustained this blog for 3.5 years, and I never thought it would be so long. Really gave me an alternative for voicing out my views and keeping track of what I've been doing. The last time I checked, I've typed almost 93000 words on this blog. Harry Potter Books have an average of about 85000 per book only =D
