The past few days were very nice, comforting, and happy. =) Simple words, which can tell a lot.
Mini-Concert was on Thursday and it was a big big success. One of the best mini concerts ever. I did not perform and was the Stage Manager. I guess the venue was good and everyone was feeling high after that. There were lots of improvements from vox and band, and the standards way surpassed our expectations when they first came in. Somehow, although things did not seem too right on paper, they turned out very well in the end. The Angel-Mortal game really helped Voices to get closer. I was really surprised that a good 30+ people went out for the "Qing Gong Yan" after the concert. =)
On Friday, post-concert syndrome. Nua-ed the whole day! But I had to go to school and return the NUSSU van at night. It actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Because "we" talked and talked and talked over the phone for like a whole 6 hours like omg. It really didn't felt that way la! Ended up sleeping only at 6am, and the next day, when she texted a "Good Morning" and I called over, we were juz sprouting gibberish and teh-ing all the way. It turned out to be 20min when we both thought it was like 5-10min. Talkative ppl la!
Ok sat, the 灯灯节without灯! Cuz it rained! =( But nevertheless it was the company la. Ate at Makan Sutra for the first time, and I thought that the food is TOO greasy. Note, not oily but greasy! Grease is the black kinda oil. Hung around, walk walk, look look, see see before coming my place to look at all the wonderful 宝s I have. ALMIDO! You guys really did a lot! I went throught the stuffs and recalled wad you did for me, really really nice! =)=)
Things were actually very happy and nice until like say 430am, when splinter came in again. So from 430 to 530, it was rather dull. Awkward a lil. =( Could have stayed on continuing the 宝s, and breakfast the vegetarian bee hoon I was talking about!
Den Sunday. Went over at night and brought some food my grandmum cook over for the family as well. Met her parents for the 3/4th time and small talked. It feels nice that all 4 of us can just talk and get along well. Mundane stuff, to holidaying in HK, to nice food places etc. =)) Hung around after that, and talked till about 215am before I left for home. Continued on the phone about rather realistic and serious stuff. Splinter....... Grrrr!
Past 4 days spent together. It was really a 开心，放松，轻松 kinda 4 days if we do not talk about the splinter! Really getting closer now, and i dunno.. Splinter!!!!
